Return policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is damaged or does not match the order, you have 14 days from the date you received the goods to return the products. In case of a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Make a Return

You can send an email to customer service: servizioclienti@vagues.it or fill out the form below, specifying the email used to place the order, your bank details (IBAN), the bank name, and the account holder’s name in the Additional Information field, along with the reason for the return and a photo.

Additional Information:

Items must be returned to Vagues without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the withdrawal request was made. The return conditions are met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires. Please keep the shipping receipt.

Returns will be processed only after verifying the integrity of the product, which must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, and with the appropriate tag attached.

Return for Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product

In the case of a return for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, shipping costs are covered by us. In addition to the value of the purchased products, we will also refund the logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order. We will send a courier to the address you provided when placing the order to collect the return.

Refund

The return will be processed within 10 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. All payments made for the returned items will be refunded. The shipping cost will be refunded only for incorrect, damaged, or defective products (excluding additional costs arising from choosing a delivery type different from the least expensive standard delivery offered). Refunds will be made via bank transfer unless the customer requests a different method; in such a case, any additional costs arising from the different payment method chosen will be borne by the customer. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the customer provides proof of having shipped the goods, whichever is earlier.
